EBI, the European Boating Industry is at the heart of EU policy-making through monitoring, providing input and advocating on developments that could impact the recreational boating industry. Through its monthly newsletter, EBI informs the industry about the key developments at EU policy and political level that are crucial for the future direction of the industry. We are happy to share content that is also interesting for you as a trade visitor.

About European Boating Industry

The European Boating Industry represents the recreational boating industry in Europe. It includes all related sectors, such as boat building, equipment manufacturers, marinas and service providers. The industry makes a significant contribution to the European economy and represents 32,000 companies directly employing over 280,000 people. The vast majority of the sector is made up of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Consultation: Survey on composite waste and recycling

Our partner association EuCIA, representing the composite sector in Europe, has launched a survey on composite waste and recycling.  The aim is to better quantify composites waste volumes in Europe.
