boot Düsseldorf opens its doors again from January 18 to 26, 2025. We offer you the opportunity to present your trade magazine digitally and on site.

In this way, we bring interested readers closer to the international variety of titles in the media relevant to boot Düsseldorf and enable you to make contact with new readers.

What do we offer you?

The boot Düsseldorf press stand on site

You can display free copies of your magazines at the press stand. Our stand staff will ensure that your magazines are distributed to the trade fair visitors and that the displays are refilled.

The digital boot Düsseldorf press stand

By participating in the digital press stand, you can extend your trade fair presence to the boot portal. And not only that, you can reach your readers even before the start of the fair. The online press stand will be online and available to exhibitors and interested parties from the beginning of January until October 2025.

How do I register?

Please return the completed registration form to RosingM@messe-duesseldorf.de by 02.12.2024.

Online press stand participants should also complete the Media Info Form and send it digitally and your logo in JPEG format (350 x 200 pixels) to RosingM@messe-duesseldorf.de by 02.12.2024. Hand-filled forms will not be accepted!

What are the conditions for participation?

Please understand that only trade publications can be considered for display. Publications of a religious, political, ideological or other thematically unrelated nature will be excluded. Messe Düsseldorf reserves the right to return to sender at the latter’s expense all journals which do not correspond with these display requirements.

We regret that any remaining copies cannot be returned at the end of the event. Please therefore ensure that these are collected in good time after the fair.

How much does it cost to take part in the Press Stand (digital / on site)?

275 € per title (shipping costs not included)

We will invoice you for the amount after the fair.

How can I deliver my magazines? When should they arrive?

Please send a maximum of 400 copies of your magazines between January 13 and 15, 2025 , free of charge and duty-free for us to the freight forwarder Kühne & Nagel. Your magazines will be stored at Kühne & Nagel until the press stand is set up and then delivered from there directly to the press stand.

Please remember to mark your cartons/pallets clearly with the keyword

“boot 2025 press stand ” on your boxes/pallets.

Alternatively, it is of course also possible to hand in the magazines personally on January 18, from 10:00 a.m., at the press stand in the north entrance of boot 2025.
