The minimum size of a booth is 12 m² or 20 m² depends on the hall you are in. Smaller areas will only be provided if such areas inevitably result from the layout.

Media fee
The media fee is obligatory for all exhibitors.
We have developed an advantageous multimedia service package with which you as an exhibitor can make optimum use of all trade fair media: including in the D:vis Digital visitor information system, in the exhibitor and product database of the portal.

Waste-disposal fee during fairtime (EP):
Uniform flat rate exclusively for waste generated during the event.
Maximum € 1,350.00 for space more than 499 m²

AUMA amount:
An additional charge of € 0.60 per m² is levied as a contribution to the Confederation of German Trade Fair and Exhibition Industries (AUMA).

The minimum size of a stand in Halls 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 15, 16,
is 20 m². The minimum size of a stand in Halls 7a,
7.0, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 ,17 is 12 m².

Exhibitors who did not take part in the last event pay 35.00/m².
in advance. This will be settled after the event with the actual
services ordered.
